Outsourcing is a type of work for an employer called a contractor or subcontractor, who performs works or services at their own risk and risk for a major company, owner of the work or site. It is regulated in article art. 183-A and following of the Labor Code.

The outsourcing law seeks is that the worker can demand compliance with their labor and social security rights, either through the contractor, subcontractor or principal company. So if you are a worker and have not been paid your compensation or have suffered an accident, you can demand payment, either before the company that directly contracted your services or before the main company.
